Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Nest Manufacturing is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
