Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
