Fernwood Quill Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits.
