Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Wilder Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
