Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Louisville plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 372 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
