Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Pine Construction is a Little Rock contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 399 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
