Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Beacon Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
