Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Knoxville, TN)

Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
