Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Facilities Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
