Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
