Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Oak Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
