Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
