Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
