Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Health and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
