Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cross Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
