Amberfield Willow Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection.
