Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Field Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
