Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jackson, MS)

Summit Corner Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
