Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Bridge Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
