Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Markets and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
