Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Houston, TX)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Houston. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Houston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
