Ironwood Fern Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
