Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Maple Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Honolulu serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
