Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Quarry Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
