Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
