Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Vista Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Grand Rapids plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
