Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
