Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Oak Foods is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
