Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Foods Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules.
