Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Willow Property Management is a Fresno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
