Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Farms and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
