Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fort Worth caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
