Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
