Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
