Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Orchard Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
