Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Iron Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
