Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Corner Property Management manages apartment communities around El Paso, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 822 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
