Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Construction Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
