Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Field Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its El Paso plant. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
