Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
