Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Cross Facilities Group looks after properties across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
