Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Construction Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
