Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Health and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
