Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system.
