Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Health Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
