Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
