Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Union Foods Group is a Cleveland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
