Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to budget submissions at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
