Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Ember Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system.
