Senior Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
